Please read carefully before booking

Hall Usage Agreement

1. Booking and Payment

  • The hall rental fee is $250 FJD for a full-day booking (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM)
  • A refundable bond of $50 FJD is required with every booking
  • Total payment of $300 FJD must be made before the event date
  • Bookings are confirmed only after admin approval and payment receipt

2. Refundable Bond

  • The $50 FJD bond will be refunded within 7 days after the event
  • Bond refund is subject to hall inspection for damages or excessive mess
  • Any damages or cleaning costs exceeding normal use will be deducted from the bond

3. Hall Usage Rules

  • The hall must be left clean and tidy after use
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the building
  • Alcohol consumption must comply with Fiji laws and church policies
  • Music must be kept at reasonable levels and stopped by 10:00 PM
  • Maximum capacity must not be exceeded for safety reasons
  • All rubbish must be properly disposed of in designated bins

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 14+ days before the event: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 7-13 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before: No refund
  • Church reserves the right to cancel bookings due to emergencies

5. Liability

  • The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all attendees
  • The church is not liable for loss or damage to personal property
  • The hirer must ensure adequate supervision throughout the event
  • Any injuries or accidents must be reported immediately to church staff

6. Facilities Provided

  • Tables and chairs (as available)
  • Kitchen facilities and basic utensils
  • Restroom facilities
  • Parking space (subject to availability)

7. Additional Requirements

  • Hirers must arrive and depart within the booked time slot
  • Setup and cleanup time is included in the booking period
  • Any special requirements must be discussed with admin beforehand
  • Church reserves the right to enter the premises during your event if necessary

By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The church reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For questions or clarifications, please contact the church office.
